Miami is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Miami is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Florida's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

This place is the worse, starting with the owner and all his employees, was told my car would be ready on 2-3 days it’s been 5 and only because I stopped by they started to work on the vehicle, my intentions was to take my car an in two minutes that I walked out the guys closed the gate and said we are close and drove off after insulting my wife and only yelled to speak to the owner, I absolutely would never recommend this place as they are built on lies and deceit. Every time you stop by the shop the guys are sitting doing nothing while they have vehicles to work on no matter the time. Unacceptable

My mechanic referred me to see a specialist on transmission. When I met Tony, I was impressed how quickly he personally took care to diagnose the problem. After test driving it with the special machine attached, he directed his technicians to take a closer look underneath the car. I would say within less than 15 minutes or so, they figured out the problem and came up with a solution. I was out of the shop in no time. Tony and his team are a rare find in today's car repair shop. They provided with excellent service. They were friendly, honest, courteous and very knowledgeable of their profession. Tony's Transmission Service is now going to be my "go to" repair shop.

New transmission cheaper at dealership that buying his rebuilt I was quoted a worst case scenario price for a transmission rebuilt $3200. The the price jumped from $3200 to $4500 after I had the car towed to the shop. Then I asked Tony the price to replace with an already rebuilt transmission, it is "around" $1000. This guy does not know the price?? His reciepts are not filled out. giving him alot of discretion. I had the car towed out of the shop the same day. MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING WITH BOZO THE CLOWN. This is not a serious person or a serious shop. Tony's Transmission thinks they are Disney World and the boss is Mickey Mouse. Tricks 1. No email so there is nothing in writing with BOZO 2. Have him review the car when the tow truck is still at the shop 3. Get anything BOZO says in writing 4. Buy a brand new transmission at the dealership for less than he offers a frankstein rebuilt. 5. Go to another spot, and probably nothing on 36th street After reading his reply was a lie. He stated he did not know my car was 4X4, that was lie. WHat did he not know??/ He is in the transmission business.
